Leadership Mastery —
This program for organizational, small business and emerging leaders is designed to help leaders succeed in times of rapid change and challenging business environments. Focus is on critical leadership success factors such as: enhancing self-awareness, including social, political and cultural awareness; optimizing individual strengths and managing weaknesses; developing a systems approach to leadership; and building the vision, influence and credibility to lead a team to greatness.

Management Mastery —
This program is designed for managers who want to strengthen their management effectiveness to excel in a new or changing role, keep pace with increasing responsibilities and thrive in a changing organization. Skill development, reinforced with practical application is focused on managing to obtain top performance from every employee. The model includes: improving planning, time management and problem solving skills; enhancing interpersonal and team leadership skills; and developing a systems approach to decision making and performance management.

The Customized Mastery Program —
Custom programs target specific performance improvement opportunities or impediments in your organization. We use various organization, team and individual assessment tools to identify needs, develop goals and deliver a program to meet your needs and objectives.
