Ms. Rooney is an energetic, warm and approachable leader whose expertise is derived from more than 20 years experience in Operational Human Resource management. Her knowledge encompasses Training, Executive Coaching, Organizational Consulting, Performance Management and Group Facilitation. Her focus is partnering with individuals, start-ups and mid-size firms to maximize human potential and productivity.

Ms. Rooney has worked as a facilitator, executive coach and HR business partner to senior leaders and their teams - helping to build effective business infrastructures and highly successful bottom line results. Ms. Rooney has provided successful behavioral coaching to high potential leaders and potential leaders in a variety of high-tech, insurance, communications and educational organizations. She has provided strategic and operational support for Change Management, Recruiting/Retention, Compensation, Benefits, TQM, Diversity, Leadership Development, IPOs, Mergers, Organizational Restructuring, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Succession Planning. She has designed and delivered Team, Supervisory and Management Training & Coaching around a variety of “just-in-time” challenges.

Ms. Rooney was awarded her graduate degree in Management with a specialization in Organization Development from Cambridge College. She has worked in-house for large and small organizations and has consulted for a variety of firms and industries. Ms. Rooney’s clients have included: Plantronics, Avid Technology, Au Bon Pain, Parker Aerospace, Nationwide Insurance, bcgi & Mercury Computer Systems. She is practiced in the delivery of several leadership and skill-based assessment vehicles.
